Did it provide any leads that came to fruition?

Once such set up that I have seen arranged though only from afar, was to lease out parking lot space to outfits who may need over-flow parking space for their fleet trucks, vans, small to medium moving box trucks, day-cab tractors, etc.Can anyone please assist me in how do I find out who or what type of service provider would be best for me to contact to find out if such a person or company exists who goes about locating such leasing opportunities and making them come to fruition?  

Put it the other way around, if you pull too much BEFORE it crashes, you could have negative equity and fewer options AFTER it crashes, so in that case if that were to come to fruition then IMO you would be better off in that case not pulling as much out in a hot market, but that is tough to guage before such an event ... much easier after.

This was an off market deal that came to fruition after a "bump into" meeting with a very large investor in our area.

Next to each fear write what you would do if it came to fruition.

If that does come to fruition then good for you thats the icing on the cake but if it doesn't then you are still making money.

Agree with the above, switch it after, not before, most lenders will not loan to the entity.Regarding the due on sales clauses, in all my years, I have never heard of anyone having a lender utilize the due on sales clause so long as they were making the timely payments, worst case was the threat of one but it never came to fruition so it is a tiny risk at most.
