What are the Procedures necessary.

Also, depending on your construction contract with the GC, it will likely outline the correct venue and procedures for any dispute resolution.

I'm familiar with the Texas lease and it still has holes that need to be filled with additional documents or solid policies and procedures.

If they do NOT have written procedures how are they going to deliver consistent results?

You want to know where they have studied, how often have they done that procedure, how amazing is their success rate etc. etc right?

Don't do it, severe penalties for not following proper procedures.

I highly recommend creating procedures for them, either written or recorded.

Again that's only if you did the above procedures correctly.
