It's great to have an ambitious spirit, but I'm amazed by the false information that's out there that puts young borrowers on the wrong track.Lenders want to see capital be injected by the owner AND that you have experience operating similar properties.

Borrower shall also be in default if Borrower, during the loan application process, gave materially false or inaccurate information or statements to Lender (or failed to provide Lender with any material information) in connection with the loan evidenced by the Note, including, but not limited to, representations concerning Borrower's occupancy of the Property as a principal residence."

Otherwise, it's a huge waste of $ to get paid ads without having anything to show, which consequently only increases bounce rate even if it does increase page views (false positive).

You tube is an awesome source as long as you can tell the real between the false.

I asked my mortgage broker, 'Is it true or false that a HS mortgage takes a minimum 60 days to close?'.

We are under no false impressions regarding the amount of work involved and the bumps in the road ahead, so I greatly value anything I can learn here.  

But I think the real estate industry is setup to give investors a false impression.I would love for BiggerPockets to dedicate an entire podcast episode to failure just to pain a clear picture of this is what it looks like.

So your statement that most miss many payments is false.

You don't even have to contact the previous owners unless they start having guests show up to your place and even if this does happen the hosts of the old listings will find themselves with a suspended listing for false advertisement.
