Aside from the fact that I don't believe anyone is working that many hours - I mean really working, not just being available to answer a question that comes up or similar - anyone working even remotely close to that is going to be neglecting their family, their physical and mental health, their diet, their driving, etc.

We could call it the BORRRR (Buy, Occupy, Rehab, Rent, Refi, Repeat) method and because it rhymes with "BORE" it'll be a better-kept secret to keep fad bandwagon jumpers from all trying to do the same thing out there.

Both were really rare-ring to go on the white trend, but will the potential renters think the unit needs painting (if it's white).If the paying customer thinks grey is desirable, and white is for rent--that's going to be time on market and $$ lost.Any thoughts on this--I mean do you think it's too early in the (FAD) to offer white units (???)
