If you don't appreciate the hit, why not consider FHA---they offer up to 97.75% for owner occupied purchases and aren't embracing the declining market clause (at the moment anyway).Regards,Scott Miller

Understanding and embracing that guarantees a paycheck.

It was really strange, but it was proof of how good things can be if we embrace one another.

Technology (and those that embrace it) will certainly change the game but I don't see the need for inter-personal skills going away any time soon.
