Where would I look to get information to see which car facilities are looking to rent homes.

I am trying to invest in a certain market and I am curious as to how many realtors i should be reaching out to and trying to establish relationships in that particular area.

you said "rent covers mortgage." you need it to be significantly higher than the mortgage to cover all the expenses you are going to incur.hope this helps...

If you are worried about it, buy an umbrella insurance policy for $1 million and sleep easy.
