If said tenant paints the house, moves in with no deposit to be held accountable for and then goes ghost in the night midway through the lease, you're left holding the bag.

Bring plenty of garbage bags and help to carry the junk out and for heavens sake DON'T OPEN THE REFRIGERATOR.Gail

Buildings that don’t offer “pawdicures” (yes, pet pedicures) or currently have a dog park could benefit by advertising the closest park to your building and providing trash bins/doggie bags along the way.
