Here's my advice:- grab the multi family with FHA and rent ROOMS and try to get a single family later with 5% conventional as primary - if you can't do that ditch the multi family all together and get a single family with 5% down now and then another one later

Bottom line is; I was ready when it came along.Now to make a long story short, I want to ditch paying rent and start living for "free".

But that accelerates ditching the W2, making REPS attainable, and allowing me to move on to other asset classes and continue avoiding federal income tax.
