I partnered on these two rentals in Palm Desert, California, so cash flow was okay, but appreciation was good.All deals are different.

Would love to share my knowledge on the High Desert with you.

And with Arizona be so pretty and such a wonderful desert dry climate, I wonder if this will effect the AirBnb's (which are a relatively new factor in the real estate business). 

We are close to Victor Valley Hospital, and roughly 15 minutes to Kaiser and Desert Valley hospitals.

Don't even think about it.Do you think sexy miss big booty Becky walking in the late ours after the club in her sexy outfit, walking down a deserted dark ally, and at the end of the road she spots 5 guys eyeing her drooling... you think she will say..

Hello, I have 6 rented units (so far) in the High Desert, CA ... but live in Orange County. 

I agree that a desert estate wedding venue would do amazing .

Its all that east slope semi desert and as we know its just the northern part of the Sonoran desert that starts down in Northern LA and ends up running up the east side of the mountains through Bend  Wenatchee and its ends In Kamloops BC..
