I can say I would not have had the confidence to purchase my MF had I not started out as an agent.Aside from experience & confidence, you gain access to the MLS which is the most reliable database (in my opinion) for running comps in your state.

I would guess it would be pro data based on the replacement property cost for each, but I’m throwing darts.BTW, your 15% calculation on $16k cap gains would be $2400, not $1600....small brain fart I know.

we did not pay anything.. keep in mind West coast and East coast title companies are so completely different.. we have a customer service department that is all digitized.. info is at their computer monitor and in their data base..
