So my advice isn't just Baytown against itself, or Houston, as much as it is in general weighted against all options.

Instead, focus on gathering new information that will help you make informed decisions.Pay close attention to the seller's body language and tone.

The first is that Baylor is primarily female in terms of the student body.

But now, you have the information to go out and close deal after deal (as long as you have enough grind and perseverance to stick with it - just like going to the gym with goals of losing weight and gaining muscle).
