They do have a tendency to create, verses solve, problems in a short sale.

Most of the loans i have inquired about are 1-2 years with interest only payments every month and balloon payment at end of the term 1-2 years.

So the coloration is that people of certain class or working groups have a tendency of being similar.....thus you find trends among their decisions....so you end up avoiding them.

Unfortunately, this also has a tendency to affect overall project durations!
