@Tony H.Serious question...and I mean no disrespect by asking this...but if you don't understand the form (and associated tax law) well enough to know why TurboTax is telling you that you received $8k of cash and whether or not it is an error, how do you expect to be able to review the form for accuracy before you file it with the IRS?

A person who specializes in your investments area is also going to help you predicted your ARV price with a lot more accuracy which is crucial.

You can't do it with any real degree of accuracy.

And I get around 90% accuracy.

However, the long pole in the tent is the accuracy of the 2010 profits, especially with taxes in places like Texas, and why the real data would help a ton; to limit GIGO.

the ones I have, there is a small screw inside the oven knob you can use to adjust its accuracy. 

As for equity, I would say that you cannot 100% rely on the accuracy of your technology since current loan balances are not public record information.
