I am too new to be too extended, but had things worked differently for me in February, I would be paying the rent on 2 SFRs by now, and renovating them for people in my area that are afraid to go into a Walmart to buy their own toilet paper. ( Had to say something about the TP!)

I could see REIT’s with class C strip malls also being in trouble, but what about REIT’s that own class B and up office building, medical bldgs, NNN corp brands (like Walmart, Costco, Walgreens, etc.)?

I would not say that it is in northwest (think west/northwest of the Airport) or southwest (East of the golf course/west of walmart), I would consider it central Minot (I own a home in central Minot too).

You are seeing the strongest thrive (grocers, walmart, target etc)...so not all retailers are struggling, there are some well positioned.

Specifically, Johns Hopkins has already clarified the “several hours to several days” study, which suggests a far lower likelihood of anyone contracting COVID-19 from a hotel or STR stay versus riding a crowded bus, having someone cough on them while buying 80% off tiger shirts at Wal-Mart, or getting takeout from the local fast food joint that just happened to have one of their employees sneeze as they were packing up your food (which by the way, are all still businesses and experiences we are all exposed to).
