The Pearl district in Portland was a perfect example to stimulate redevelopment govmit allowed buyers of new units to fore go taxs for 10 years.. there are still a few pockets left i think in Portland that do that.now with Antifa totally ruining the downtown core..

It was made with individual mother of pearl tiles.Management didn't know when it was destroyed or who did it, but they did tell me that they suspected my neighbor has been breaking into my yard and using the area.

A simple continental breakfast is certainly feasible though.
