Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Beautifully renovated 2/2 short-term vacation rental in historical Dignowity Hill, the oldest neighborhood in San Antonio. Located less than a mile from major downtown attractions including the River Walk, the Alamo, the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Pearl Brewery, the Alamodome & the Tower of Americas. Features a covered outdoor area which includes a hot-tub and fire-pit.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money to purchase, Cash-Out Refinance after 4 months into a 30-year mortgage.

How did you add value to the deal?

Invested in the guest's experience - added a covered backyard area with a slab, seating, and a hot-tub along with lawn games.
