Tenants should pay  utilities - they're consuming those and landlords should 'inspect' what they expect on a quarterly basis and that includes verifying that utilities are current.  

Seemed legit and expecting to hear back from them today on some proposals for a project I am working on. 

It also sets the expectation that rent should be paid through the system you’ve chosen without escalating the situation.

But most of the time I think that the difference between the different people is what they were expecting to get out of the program in relation to the amount of work they would have to put in to get what they expected.  

Rates and expectations vary depending on the relationship and the investor's comfort with risk.

Nonetheless, I am committed to ensuring that agents are compensated for their efforts in showing and placing tenants in our properties. i pay the agent first month rent but I expect them to do the background etc.

Must have solar, ev charger etc.My materials distributors are expecting more inflation.Homeowners insurance is still going up.I wholly expect CA residents to continue to move there (wished I'd bought there!
