LOL It's funny how desperate some young people just looking after looking at 7.5% mortgage rate.It's also funny some BP bloggers are complaining home price is too expensive but they want to purchase all those houses LOLIn any scenario, residential value can only go up in medium long term because it's the only hard-asset available.
