What I have noticed from many bloggers is the willingness and intent to invest as little of their own money into an investment.

It would also be nice to speak to other bloggers about how they expanded their readership.

LOL It's funny how desperate some young people just looking after looking at 7.5% mortgage rate.It's also funny some BP bloggers are complaining home price is too expensive but they want to purchase all those houses LOLIn any scenario, residential value can only go up in medium long term because it's the only hard-asset available.

I read what catches my interest at this juncture; I wasn't looking for a particular topic but I will check out the bloggers you mention.

Chad is the best blogger on BP and his 1st podcast is a top 10 must listen episode. 

I agree about the influence some bloggers have.  

Read the MF bloggers hete re getting started with zero experience.  

After a month or so you will have a better idea of what type of investing peaks your interest and you will have been exposed to a ton of great resources (books, websites, bloggers, etc.) where you can dive deeper into specific topics.
