I am trying to find someone before the tax season is among us. what is a normal rate for services, is it a once a yrs ordeal or monthly like an accountant. please help if you can I appreciate all, thanks Art. 

I actually designed it for entertaining with a double-height great room and mezzanine that looks over into the main space; there is also an art studio with separate entrance that could easily be a 1-bd.

What originally drew me to the area was the arts district and the fact that the houses are pretty inexpensive.

I think I have finally found the direction I want to focus on, which is the wonderful art of wholesaling!

I then had to point out there was no way to silence a false alarm or change the batteries without risking breaking my neck.Around late March my art exhibit (the non-real estate project) wrapped up and I could focus my attention back to the house.
