How many property owners renovate after selling?

Hello – I am a very small time investor. I only own an owner-occupied, two family home. I am planning on selling it and moving into a retirement community. We have always gotten along well with our tenant and we are worried about what will happen to her after we sell.

My question is, “How many real estate agents evict current tenants so that they can renovate the property?”
