Your primary helpers on your Team are usually Attornies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or accounts), Inspectors, General Contractors, and Handymen.  

I get 25/hour for maintenance. 15/hour for a helper if one is needed.

J understand that I have to provide workers comp if I hire someone for the new construction, but will I have to provide it if I hire a helper in my corporation?

For a property 30 min. from me, I'd probably want to figure on the payroll expense of having an on-site "helper" for management...eyes and ears that report to YOU, not the management company.

I would avoid that as usually it never works out because everybody thinks they know everything, I would just do-it-yourself and then hire some kind of helper guy for like 80 bucks a day.

This is why I handle this sort of work myself with one or two general-purpose helpers at the most.

I've been traveling so missed the earlier post, glad you found a helper, @Alex Owens is rumored to be a good guy :-).
