Looking for Oklahoma Flipper to partner with/Shadow to learn

Hey BP!

I am moving to Oklahoma soon and so i am starting from scratch. I DEFINITELY want to start investing, and part of that if making sure that I prepare myself financially and making myself knowledgeable. Though I should be financially able to do my first rehab to rent out or sell, I don't want to fall into the trap of buying what I think to be a great deal just to find out its a terrible one. Because of that I would LOVE to connect with another flipper to either partner on a deal, or even shadow them and help them with sweat equity for guidance on my own deal
