We do e leases through buildium (our property management software) but you might be able to sign up for adobe or one of the other electronic document signing services.

Not electronic ones unless you purchase from an online source that specializes in that sort of thing.

And no monthly payment would be required, unless you take a margin loan.HI Wilson,A few points on the above mentions:- if you just buy a house instead of the insurance contract and borrow from the house you need credit/income/assets and even if you could get a stated income loan your terms and rate will be higher while compared to an insurance contract your loan requires no credit check, no guidelines, you will get the loan 100% within 3-14 days depending if you rush the electronic transfer or not and insurance contract/financial asset loans do not show up on your credit report and do not count against you (is private).

@Larry Landry I buy nice middle of the road washers and dryers that don’t have electronics on them.
