Rent Payment Collection Methods

Hi guys, what/how would you guys reccomend as a way to collect rent payments on your first property that you will be house hacking?

Staying somewhat anonymous or automated seems ideal but literally collecting a paper check seems archaic and outdated.

Is it economical to use a collection agency such as appfolio or another similar one?

Don't accept cash or checks. I recommend doing ACH withdrawals but we accept Chase QuickPay and Zelle payments.

To me I don't see the big deal about trying to remain anonymous as the owner.
