Is it the "cheap place" so that those on disability/retirement chose to live there?

My father is a disabled veteran who had filed for bankruptcy about 8 years ago.

According to them, the husband had been hurt, and their previous landlord was not compassionate enough to accept their rent on the 6th when his disability checks were coming in, so the landlord kept filing for eviction.I made it clear that they would not be able to move forward without me speaking to their former landlord(s).

-Pays on time, takes care of the place but I have had to relocate her twice and she demanded max payment and faked disability to get more money.Thank you in advance for anyone willing to chime in!

I recently had someone ask me if we accept people disabilities.

Once there and seeing that they liked the property, they mentioned that they were disabled and had a voucher.

Yes, if they want to they can disable/remove it but, by separating them all, they will at least audibly deter them while recording them to cloud storage while they are doing it.
