That's not the case in my other markets - to me it seems that either the marketing is weak or the rent needs to be adjusted? 

no increase  December 12-13*                 .25%     After December it'll be a wait and see approach but with the economy showing signs of weakness I can see a hold with no further increase.    

So if the rental market is weak like it is right now, then the "added value" of the ADU will stay in question.  

I wonder about trucking/transport/shipping now, because this appears to be a weak link in the big picture equation.

Will you get your rent payment or will they pay the 2 car payments and buy food and take Jack or Jill to the doctor because of the chronic bronchitis they have had since they were 2 years old......???

Branson is a weak market as to existing inventory, the last 20 years of explosive growth, while producing inventory is often taken by second home buyers.

That just means your business is so weak that you have to use such tactics. 

Weak attempt to market yourself without actually marketing yourself.....

It sounds like the HOA is weak and doesn’t stand its ground to enforce the rules.
