They may give you a free new tenant if they realize they didn't do so well, but I've never heard of the PM company paying for a renovation of a trashed house.I had a few PM companies ask me in their pitch, "What are you going to do if a tenant calls you with a backed up toilet in the middle of the night or on Christmas day?"
