Dont be like this landlord. Now he is dead over $200!!!

I just came across this video (See link below). Looks like a landlord confronted his tenant over unpaid rent. Landlord tried to force himself into the house but the tenant resisted and shoved him away. He felled and hit his head on the floor. He wont be able to collect the $200 now that he is dead plus i dont think the tenant will be able to pay remaining balance from prison. This is a lose lose situation! Please follow your state guidelines when dealing with a difficult tenant. No self help please.

He should have followed the correct protocol when

a tenant is behind like that .. and that is shut the water off and remove the front door .
