Follow on question is I foresee some business expenses coming soon (for buying/selling and flipping) and would like to start making those purchases now while I'm on a salary vice with until I'm independent.

Many roof lines are actually separated, but some aren't, so obviously some complication there if the neighbor doesn't want to replace the roof and you do (or vice versa).

Extra points if I can be of value to them or vice-versa.

There are periods where SFH out appreciate condos and vice versus.

For multi-family I regularly see counties where property type works great, but they have no data for number of units, and vice versa.

They were life savers for me when I was a Welder or a Captain.

I'll bet you know many more people whose kids have fewer children than the parents then vice versa.

I do give current roommates opportunity to meet potential tenants and vice versa.
