Its about protecting customersGet multiple estimates, multiple.FWIW as a business owner ALL aspects have to be managed and dare I say micromanaged at least until a trustworthy team is built.Run your comps really tight and underwrite conservatively.Trust but VERIFY everything.Really know your market.Flipping can be lucrative but drought with pitfalls.I wish you all the best!

I concentrate in the region I live in which is a hot market and when I find a combo of a good area + a trustworthy team i go out of state as well.

Find a trustworthy source, know your zip codes well that you are buying in and make sure you have an agent that can offer you more than one option.

I guess that good news is that the trust is being managed by an attorney and that makes it a little more trust worthy than dealing with another person.
