And I'm thinking over here that if you could find a mhp either going belly up or in distress due to poor management or owner who don't give a fancy rat backside about the park then what would stop you from allowing tiny homes on one part with regular mh on the other, the infrastructure is all ready there.

Agree with Andrew......if you want to "overspend" a little, do it on flooring....that's a wear item and the extra $$ you spend may go much fartherNo way on granite countertops...... people BUY homes based on countertops, fancy backsplashes, fancy lights and doors etc....they RENT based on location, price, cleanliness and a reasonable appearance.

The ones that advertise on TV, drive fancy shiny wrapped vans and wear logo’ed shirts are catering to a higher end clientele ($$$$) versus the guy that drives the beat up pick-up truck but has done the job for 30 years.
