Hello all, I am a budding entrepreneur I have a small start up business in the party/rentals industry and I have recently been interested in utilizing real estate investing to build my wealth.

This is what every young entrepreneur needs to understand.

The general public simply does not realize how difficult it is to be a successful RE investor Agent entrepreneur.. the failure rate is 90% for wholesaler investors who have no money when they start.. and about 30 to 40% of those that want to be a RE agent will succeed long term.the simple reality is there are far more folks with the dream than there is room in the industry .. if all these folks who want to get rich doing RE actually did deals we would not have any deals left..

I’ll start with a little bit about my background.I have been an entrepreneur from day one and love building businesses.

It can definitely help you, and open some doors, but there are many, many very successful entrepreneurs who do not have MBAs or any degree for that matter.

I fear, without either a reduction in capital gains or some other incentive for the entrepreneur, this will be a prolonged recession and an even longer drawn out period of low GDP growth with a moderate chance of higher inflation.
