Plus, $500 for a membership (for the first year - $250 every year after that, a 2-day seminar, a year's worth of telephone advice, and access to all of their other videos and case studies actually doesn't sound like a bad deal.If you haven't done it already, one thing you might do is go to their website and sign up for their free investor starter kit and/or browse through some of their free articles/videos available online.

I think I was first told about bigger pockets in 2008 and have browsed since then, but really have been on here in the last two years.

My advise would be to continue browsing the forums, interact with the community asking questions and just learning as much as you can.

I currently been doing some research and web browsing to gain as much knowledge as I can when it comes to Real Estate/investing.

And just surfing zillow and browsing rental prices, it seems it's getting up there in the price tag.

I've started reading and trying to pick up the jargon, I'm slowly browsing multifamily homes, duplex, etc.

I remember browsing in Resources-Find Foreclosures but wasn't aware that that would automatically result in a credit card charge.  

Head over to the Investor's Marketplace and start browsing.
