Hello from the Lowcountry!  My name is Amy, and I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast since the beginning of this year.  I recently joined as a member and am looking to expand my network for potential real estate deals.  My husband and I own one rental property that is managed by a third party, but we are looking to continue to invest in additional properties while we retain our full time employment.  We're making progress, but the market is quite hot now.

Right now I am looking for ways to find deals other than the MLS as well as expand our network here in the Lowcountry. Any tips or suggestions are most welcome! Looking forward to future engagement and success!
