(Larry Sykes formerly of city council was aggressive at stating the lack of a city lead ordinance meant nothing was done proactively, thus we were waiting for our children to be contaminated, in essence they were now the canary in the coal mine)I have to say I am not really bothered by the lead ordinance here in Toledo - owners who maintain their property already simply are facing a few hundred dollars of wipe-test inspection.
