New member from Lapeer, MI

Hello all, 

My name is Scott and I am from Lapeer, MI. I currently work in a shop in the automotive industry.

I am really interested in getting into real estate investing. Have been watching videos on youtube which led me here! 

My goals are to do a couple rehabs to make some money to eventually be able to buy some rental properties. I would like to have enough rentals to be able to quit my day job.

I have not explored this site very much yet, but it looks like it will be a GREAT help to me! Will be doing a lot of reading and learning here!
