Being that I'm a small fish in a big pond, I'm not quick enough to score deals from wholesalers. 

We live in southern Illinois close to fishing, hiking, rock climbing, wine trails, and golfing, all near Giant City State Park, Shawnee National Forest and Crab Orchard Wildlife Refuge.

The building is 16 two bed units all with decks or porches that overlook a small lake/fishing pond and neighboring a park, car ports for all tenants plus 6 storage units on site for tenants.

IMO, you should loosen up - - do you forbid gold fish too?

I really don't care too much if I get this property, but don't want to kick myself if I find out later that it was a good deal.Is this a strategy often taken by sellers who are very motivated and will sell to the highest offer, or by those who don't care if it sells and are just fishing?
