Derrick Ward  I can appreciate your honesty, but I don't think it's necessary to highlight that you're a new investor.  

This MI is an extreme example of a corrupt provider, and should not be seen as typical, but it can highlight the various things to look out for.

Was actually reading a few articles on it this morning that highlighted a lot of issues that you mentioned, plus a few more. 

It's not an easy decision on keeping or selling due to the many reasons you highlighted.
