@Sergio FogelI'm a native Miamian and I agree with you that prices have skyrocketed here in the last 2 years.

But it was surprising to me that two other vehicles within the range of that remote reacted, both Nissans of course.

In 7th grade read something like this: " Two kinds of people, those that react to others (external stimuli) & those that choose their own reaction."

Even though all the countries that are in the euro have their own central banks and own monetary policies, their options for reacting to the downgrade are limited.

I would especially appreciate it if any RE professionals can chime in and let me know how you would react if you received a letter stating the above offer.Tl;dr (too long; didn't read): Trying to find seller-financed multi-family residential properties under 4 total units.

You would likely only find that if you have a company you do business with regularly and they have a policy that they react within a specific amount of time.
