Hi,

Please recommend best Home warranty company.

My current Home warranty company is good in regular calls but they never support quick enough. If there is AC or HVAC issue, they generally schedule calls in 2-3 days...!! where I need support in few hours.

Any recommendation?

Thanks,

Shital Thakkar

Why use one of these at all. IMHO their only usefulness is to calm a queasy buyer when selling. Just pay for what you need when you need it and use your own contractors. These companies makes tons of money. That tells you these policies are bad bets.
