I don't see any reason to separate it as long as you're record keeping and bookkeeping system is keeping it separate.

If this bookkeeper started your books for you, she owns the data.

I am looking for a rental collection and bookkeeping platform which will also be able to report the tenants timely payments to credit bureaus to grow their credit while at the same time help me document expenses, some basic forms, etc.
