Payment management program

Posted

Sorry I am sure this question has been asked but I cant search only this forum or effectively any forum. I have one rental. Taking over management from a company. Great long term tenants. I am looking for a rental collection and bookkeeping platform which will also be able to report the tenants timely payments to credit bureaus to grow their credit while at the same time help me document expenses, some basic forms, etc. I tried to find pricing on Appfolio but they wont give it on the website and insist on booking a demo with one of their sales people which makes me nervous. Looking to spend a few bucks a month, not pay for some extensive package. What programs should I look at?

I use Apartments.com to advertise vacancies, do credit/background checks, and collect rent. It's free for both the landlord and tenant, and reports to credit bureaus to build tenants' credit history.
