Dianne I don't have anything in Fort Collins.

So I was searching for certain members, and I wanted to search greater than a 5 mile radius (since I'm looking for people around the Denver area, not Fort Collins persay), however, in order to do that, you have to have a Pro membership.

Hi Micki,Thank you for the reply - I think you're right, there isn't really any benefit to jumping from section to section as I might lose the thread of information already covered.I personally am working on the license to help my aunt and uncle sell their home (Fort Collins area), boost my real estate learning and build additional capital outside of my day job that I can use to invest.

That means all you Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greely, Loveland, and surrounding areas... you better be there!

My house in Collin County is under assessed by 100k at this point.
