Anyone have any positive or negative experiences with a vacation management company called Home Team VR?

I’d love to connect and chat about it.

I've looked at it a bit.  I think this is just another iteration of Evolve and Vacasa. They are really cash grabs. Slick marketing and websites.  They state they charge you 10-20 percent to "manage" (which they do not) your property, but it is really more like 40 percent when you dig deeper, and no management.

My recommendation is always self-management, but if you can't or don't want to self-manage, hire a local manager that actually has people employed and on the ground that can tend your property.
