Being local and having dealt in the industry for such a long time I have a pretty good grasp on the reliability of various contractors and support services to make a productive cabin rental.

And im still gonna keep doing that bec I havent quite grasped it yet.

I do RE consulting and could recommend a few people that can help you through the process so you have a realistic grasp on how "remates" work here.

I'm grasping here and apologize for not having a definitive answer for you.

At this point in your life you should have a good grasp on what your personal finances are and what your current situation is.  

Yet if a peace is ever settled in the region i would expect prices to go up, but at the same time, i am not exactly up on my UAE politics and i dont have a grasp on the laws of the land.If you have the cash and could strike a deal with a contractor over there you could stand to make some money.

Again, I think other than someone providing examples of their prior deals, I think I now have a good grasp of it.  

@Scott MeyersThose are true words of wisdom.I agree with everything you noted.This is a business that requires a different approach .unlike residential.I've been fortunate enough to learn about ss by working with a developer investor who built his own self storage developments,me  attending ss seminars, and learning and managing 3 facilities hands on to get a full grasp and understanding of ss business.

I've got one duplex so far so I'm starting to get a better grasp on all the other costs it takes to run a rental. 

No matter how often I show these pics, No matter how much proof I post, for some reason people just do not grasp how important this concept is and they brush it off as not realistic.I have ranked many a sites#1, not just my site:in markets like southern cali, and dallas...I am an investor just like you.. ok maybe not JUST like you..
