I have had a tenant in place since June, from June till December rent always paid on time placed was kept up seemed to be an ideal tenant, no problems whatsoever.

Otherwise, the plans are largely similar.The key concept is that when the plan invests in anything (stocks, real estate mortgages, etc.) all activities are enclosed within the plan and there is no intersection whatsoever with you or close family.
