So I'm thinking of ways to get the phone to ring and I'm considering whether or not to offer, and how I would structure, a referral fee for brokers who bring me a client.

And maybe you marry that with a ring video system to monitor if they decide to stay or steal something.in some of the markets I have worked your houses would be stripped in a minute.. maybe not by the person who you let in but they would let the cousin know LOL..
