@Brooklyn Au, I don't think you need a court order to report someone to a credit bureau.

I’ve been studying for months now and one question continually pops into my head: How do you implement effective business management systems in order to develop a self-sustaining enterprise (specifically property management)?

A rating of F with the Better Business Bureau.

I preface this by saying, I have a rental portfolio, a retail flip enterprise and a wholesale business.

No, I've only ever used funding from private investors, which is never reported to a credit bureau.

Unfortunately, the Dodd Frank Act, as well as the regulations of the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, have made it very difficult for these type hybrid parks to operate anywhere near as profitably.  

Also, tenants have the option of having their rental payments reported to a credit bureau, which builds their credit.

Cleveland has consistently lost population for decades and according to the census bureau will continue that trend, albeit at a slow pace.

Also go to youtube and search for moving to <city, state> or living in <city, state>If you check the census bureau or listen to the financial news to see where jobs and population growth is that will give you a clue.

I had never heard of them so I just pulled them up on the Better Business Bureau website and see that their rating is an "F".
