The furnace motor went out on Friday 12/30.

Now we're looking further north to Mount Vernon, Burlington, etc. but even these are starting to feel the pressure.

I am almost 21 and just completed my 2nd year at the University of Cincinnati, however after doing extensive consideration of the pros and cons have decided to leave school and focus on getting my education from experience,personal research and my current employer, a large real estate investment company, for whom I currently do all the Maintenance for two of their apartment complexes (a 45 and a 90 unit complex in the mount lookout area of Cincinnati).

That being said, I am wondering if Mount Oliver in the Pittsburgh Area is a good place to invest.

For some reason one property I own attracted people with lots of vehicles, they kept calling, they had trailers, motor homes, a couple boats.  

The felonies are:Drunk driving, third offense and assaulting a police officer.The misdemeanors are:Unlawful use of a motor vehicle, license suspended 2nd offense, reckless use of a firearm, and resisting arrest.I think that the misdemeanors he was charged with are worse than the felonies.

Does this include mount pleasant?
