Most of the prior responses have listed many factors that may impact the response rate: letter, postcard, color of the piece, day mailed, frequency, hand written, or using an address label, etc.

All of these neighborhoods are labeled on google maps.

:@James WiseI understand why the discussion comes into play but when the term slimy is used regarding strategies like this or wholesaling it still baffles me that people are judged when using creative strategies when most investors talk about buying properties off market for .60 on the dollar I don’t see how this is worse.There are always bad actors in any arena of business but labeling the strategy with this kind of taboo seems silly.

KW and EXP label them and convince the masses that they are building passive income.

@Roy N.If you have the entire building completely required and clearly labeled what goes where, the utility technician may be agreeable to use what you provide. 

If we take two sets home to wash, we still have two sets to leave with the next guest.Tips: We have a large laundry bag for each room, hunter orange so we can see them easily, and each one is labeled with a permanent market.

I use this technique with lawyers. don't use labels and sign every letter.
